All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high volume periods such as holidays.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price and vary by country.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order using our Track Order page or directly through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Sealify Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us at support@sealifyco.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@sealifyco.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
