30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sealifyco.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@sealifyco.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@sealifyco.com. For a different item, you'll need to return the original and place a new order.
